1. What motivated you to pursue a career in online education?
My interest in online education sparked during my internship at UPOnline, where I discovered how learning design can make education more accessible and engaging. I was motivated by the opportunity to create courses that reach diverse learners and adapt to their needs.
2. Who are the women who inspired you, and how did they inspire your professional career?
The senior women in my department inspire me with their empathy and perspective. They lead with resilience and collaboration, showing me that leadership is about making an impact through understanding and support.
3. What advice would you give to women considering a future career in online education?
There’s room for you in online education. Creativity and a unique perspective are needed, and taking up space in this field is important.
4. What role do you think women will play in shaping the future of online education?
Women are already playing a crucial role in shaping online education and redefining the norm. As the field grows, I see more women driving digital transformation and fostering environments prioritising equity and community.
